Ms. Ohlson, 2nd Degree Black Belt, Chief Instructor
Ms. Ohlson put on her first uniform in 1982 with Louise H. Piaget, 5th National Judo Champion. In 2007 her lifetime dream came true as she opened Paresh Martial Arts.
She brings to the studio her passion for martial arts and the amazing impact it has on its students. Each class with Ms. Ohlson is playful and challenging, always engaging and unique.
When she’s not on the mat with her students she can be found running, biking, tossing a Frisbee or cheering for her beloved Red Sox!
Mr. Aguillo, 2nd Degree Black Belt, Class Instructor
Mr. Aguillo joined PMA in 2010 having trained in Tang Soo Do growing up in Pennsylvania, at his home studio A Mountain Wind TSD with his instructor, Master Merrill.
Mr. A, as he is fondly know around the dojang, is an experienced and fun teacher, keeping energy levels high while maintain proper etiquette and respect.
Outside the studio, he works as a freelance illustrator and concept artist. He loves to cook, explore new restaurants and collect comic books.
Mr. Montgomery, 1st Degree Black Belt, Class Instructor
Mr. Montgomery has been with PMA since day one. He’s established himself as the studio’s “first”; first student, first black belt, first instructor.
Mr. Montgomery is a dedicated martial artist and a kind and disciplined instructor. His teaching displays his commitment to the Art and the students.
Outside the studio, he works for an architecture firm downtown and is an avid outdoorsman, Eagle Scout and muscian.
